Shane P. Dziamniski, CPA graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and he earned his Master of Science Degree from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business in 2016. He joined Bronder & Company in 2024 after spending the first eight years of his career with a “Big Four” public accounting firm and a large, regional accounting firm in Pittsburgh. Shane, a tax manager of Bronder & Company, is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Shane began his career in PwC’s Wealth Management Tax Services practice, where he specialized in trust and estate taxation. In 2019, Shane joined Schneider Downs where he served clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, transportation, hospitality, and investment management. At Bronder & Company, Shane provides high-level tax services primarily to construction contractors and real estate developers and managers.

Shane has extensive knowledge of technical tax concepts related to real estate partnerships, such as cost segregation studies, like-kind exchanges, qualified opportunity zones, step-up in basis, and curative allocations.
